How do I know this for sure?
Halo.
In the halo wiki for the warthog, it states is is available in 2553
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
!!! UNKNOWN HEADER TYPE (MULTI-LINE BREAK?) !!!
The most recent !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! edition features a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! capable of converting up to 12 liters of fresh, brackish, or salt water into hydrogen, with increased efficiency allowing the vehicle to get a range of around 200 kilometers after an overnight condensation capture. It has advanced computer systems that allow a perfect distribution of power to every wheel over any surface and is only prone to flipping in hard-bank turns. Thanks to an increased structural rigidity and gas-inflated restraints, this vehicle holds the honor of having the highest passenger safety rating of any recreation vehicles in 2553.
The standard model starts at a hefty 86,000 !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . A manual-transmission version stickers at UNCr 81,000, while the limited edition wood-trimmed Classic Edition with winch, tow and luggage rack tops out at a price of UNCr 91,000.

My lifetime? Or yours?
I think a dedicated few will always be able to cobble together some sort of 5-speed conversion for an SVX or an SHO. Damn - wish my '97 SHO had a manual gearbox.

Depends on whether we perfect brain uploading by then. Although in the Halo-verse we may have to worry about rampancy then...

If I make it to 2059 it's too long, but I'm hoping we will still have a GTI manual (a 9 speed at that point?) to drive.

or in that case, internal combustion engines.
The last revision ( 2549 ) had less power than the 2553 model per wheel in terms of horsepower and kilo-wattage. As with every other iteration of the Hog, each wheel has an independent drive-by-wire electric motor, with power generated by a forward-housed low-profile hydrogen I/C plant. The hydrogen fuel is burned at very high temperature with a synthetic carbon and silicon catalyst to achieve better fuel consumption.

Straight brain uploading as you might typically think of it is probably not how it will work. That would just make a copy and upload it; you'd still be dead, there'd just be another you that thinks it is the original floating around in cyberspace. Rather, you'd have to slowly transform your brain matter into a format with greater longevity as you live so that it and you can survive the destruction of your body. and be moved to a new one.
Also, Cortana was a Smart AI, but Smart AIs were neither new in 2550 nor an invention of Dr. Halsey. What made Cortana special was the set of subroutines she was given as well as the personality she inherited from the flash clone of Halsey's brain to gave her a disposition to maximize their utility.
